Active couple from Connecticut, we live at our villa during Fall and Winter. We rent it to others during Spring and Summer months, so they also can experience the lifestyle that you can only get at Villamare.

You will receive the code to the front door about a week before the start of your rental.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:
Owner is not able to cancel this agreement without reimbursing Renter for all reasonable out of pocket expenses for arranging this vacation.

If Renter must cancel reservation before 14 days prior to rental period begins, Renter will be refunded entire deposit.

If cancellation is made less than 14 days before start of rental period, Renter forfeits all monies paid by Renter and monies to be paid as rent. Renter understands that this includes cancellations or vacation interruptions due to illness, or inclement weather, including hurricane evacuation.
